By accessing or using IvaanAgent ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including travel agencies, real estate agencies, and any other businesses using the platform.

IvaanAgent provides an AI-powered chatbot platform designed for Indian travel and real estate agencies. The Service includes chatbot configuration, WhatsApp integration, lead management, analytics, and related features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

IvaanAgent offers Starter, Growth, and Pro subscription plans billed monthly or annually. All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. All payments are non-refundable. No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the subscription period. Plan downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Token limits reset monthly as per your plan. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. Users can cancel their subscription anytime by contacting support.

You agree not to use the Service to send spam, harass users, distribute illegal content, or violate any applicable laws. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the platform. AI-generated responses are provided as-is and you are responsible for reviewing chatbot outputs before deploying them to your customers. We reserve the right to suspend accounts found in violation of this policy.

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to this processing. You retain ownership of your customer data. We do not sell your data to third parties. Data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure. You may request deletion of your data by contacting support. WhatsApp integration is subject to Meta's terms of service.

IvaanAgent uses large language models (LLMs) to power chatbot responses. These responses are generated automatically and may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for reviewing and supervising your chatbot's interactions with end users. IvaanAgent is not liable for any decisions made based on AI-generated responses.

WhatsApp Business API integration is provided via Twilio. Usage is subject to Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy and Twilio's terms of service. You are responsible for obtaining proper opt-ins from your customers before sending WhatsApp messages. Violation of WhatsApp's messaging policies may result in your number being banned, for which IvaanAgent bears no liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IvaanAgent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

All platform code, design, trademarks, and content created by IvaanAgent are our exclusive property. You retain full ownership of your chatbot configurations, conversation data, and business content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of either party's intellectual property.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, non-payment, or at our discretion with 30 days notice. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion, unless required by law to retain longer.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of IvaanAgent shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India. If any provision of these terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically.
