Your data is yours

We never sell your data or your customers' data to third parties. Data is processed solely to provide the IvaanAgent Service. You can request deletion at any time.

IvaanAgent ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our AI-powered chatbot platform. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information: (1) Account information — name, email address, business name, and password when you register. (2) Payment information — processed via Cashfree Payments and other secure payment providers.; we do not store card details. (3) Usage data — chatbot configurations, conversation logs, lead data captured by your bots, token usage, and analytics. (4) Technical data — IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies. (5) Communications — emails or support messages you send us.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: provide and maintain the Service, process payments and manage subscriptions, send transactional emails (receipts, alerts, onboarding), improve and personalize the platform, respond to support requests, detect and prevent fraud or abuse, comply with legal obligations, and send product updates or marketing communications (you can opt out at any time).

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: (1) Service providers — Supabase (database), Twilio (WhatsApp), Resend (email), Razorpay (payments), OpenAI (AI processing), and Vercel/Railway (hosting). These providers are bound by data processing agreements. (2) Legal compliance — when required by law, court order, or government authority. (3) Business transfers — in the event of a merger or acquisition, your data may be transferred with prior notice.

Your Customer Data

Data captured by your chatbots (your end users' names, contacts, and messages) belongs entirely to you. We process this data solely to provide the Service. We do not use your customers' data for any purpose beyond operating IvaanAgent. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from your customers before deploying chatbots on your properties.

AI Processing & OpenAI

Chatbot responses are generated using OpenAI's API. Conversation content may be sent to OpenAI for processing. OpenAI's data usage policies apply to this processing. We do not use your data to train AI models. We recommend reviewing OpenAI's privacy policy at openai.com/privacy for full details on how they handle data.

Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain sessions, remember preferences, and analyze platform usage. Essential cookies are required for the Service to function. Analytics cookies help us understand usage patterns. You can disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings, though this may affect platform functionality. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion or cancellation, data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, unless required by law to retain longer. Conversation logs and lead data are retained per your active subscription. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting ivanagentai@gmail.com.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption in transit, encrypted storage via Supabase, Row Level Security (RLS) to isolate tenant data, JWT-based authentication, and regular security reviews. While we take security seriously, no system is 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you, correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, object to or restrict certain processing, and export your data in a portable format. Children's Privacy

IvaanAgent is not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately. If you believe a minor has submitted data to us, please contact ivanagentai@gmail.com.

International Data Transfers

IvaanAgent operates primarily in India, with infrastructure provided by global cloud providers (Supabase, Vercel, Railway, OpenAI). By using the Service, you consent to your data being processed in India and other countries where our service providers operate. We ensure all cross-border transfers comply with applicable data protection laws.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notification at least 7 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
