At IvaanAgent, we want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund. By subscribing to any paid plan, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All paid plans (Starter, Growth, and Pro) come with a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of your first payment. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason within this period, contact us at ivanagentai@gmail.com and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked. This guarantee applies only to your first subscription payment and does not apply to renewals.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available under the following conditions: your refund request is made within 14 days of the initial payment, you have not violated our Terms & Conditions, and the request is for your first billing period only. Refunds are not available for subscription renewals, plan upgrades mid-cycle, annual plans after 14 days, or accounts suspended for policy violations.
Non-Refundable Cases
The following are not eligible for refunds: monthly or annual renewals after the 14-day guarantee period, partial months or unused token quota, one-time setup fees if applicable, accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations, and purchases made through third-party resellers. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for downgrading plans mid-cycle.
Annual Plan Refunds
Annual plans are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, annual plans are non-refundable. If you cancel an annual plan after 14 days, your access will continue until the end of the paid period. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for the remaining months of an annual plan.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email ivanagentai@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your registered email address, the plan you subscribed to, your Razorpay payment ID (found in your billing history), and the reason for your refund request. We will review and respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard under Billing Settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain full access until then. Cancelling does not automatically trigger a refund unless you are within the 14-day guarantee window. After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days before deletion.
Chargebacks & Disputes
We strongly encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension. If you have a billing concern, our support team is always available to resolve issues quickly and fairly at ivanagentai@gmail.com.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
